Highest standards The Institute of Certified Locksmiths represents all locksmiths who have attained the highest standards possible in the profession. Not for profit This is a non-profit making organisation set up and run by working locksmiths. Assurance The use of our logo identifies our members and is an assurance for the public and organisations who wish to utilise locksmith services. ICL offers the customer a recourse and arbitration service. Membership Our members are trading locksmiths of the highest standard who specialise in domestic, commercial, automotive and safe work. All ICL members are trained, assessed and fully vetted. We also actively encourage student members who are in the process of training to these standards. National The Institute of Certified Locksmith can support and manage national contracts through its network of qualified and police-checked locksmiths.
