We can supply and fit many makes of locks to meet your needs.

External Doors

We can fit new mortice (Chubb style locks) deadlocks or sashlocks to which specification you require, but the latest British Standard will always be offered. The latest being BS 3621:2004, anything that has the kitemark but an older date is no longer classed BS, as new standards have been set and they don't meet the criteria.

Nighlatches (Yale style locks) can be fitted to external doors or a British Standard nightlatch can be chosen to meet your insurers requirement.

Internal Doors

On internal doors there is no requirement to fit a BS lock, so we use a 3 or 5 lever mortice deadlock or sashlock instead.

Nighlatches can also be fitted to internal doors for a communal property, but with requirements for seperate locking bedrooms for example.
